What Is Neurofeedback?

A workout for your brain — guided by real-time EEG data and personalized to your QEEG brain map

How It Works

Your brain produces electrical activity measurable with scalp sensors. During neurofeedback, you receive real-time feedback when your brain hits training targets set from your QEEG data. Over repeated sessions, your brain learns to produce those patterns more consistently — operant conditioning applied to brain activity.

It's not doing something to your brain. It's giving your brain information about what it's doing, so it can learn to regulate itself better.
